John Page (1743-1808)
13th Governor of Virginia & President of the Virginia Counsel of State
He was married twice. In about 1765, he married Frances, daughter of Col. Robert Carter Burwell. They had nine children of whom six (listed above) survived to adulthood. In 1790, at New York, he married Margaret, daughter of William Lowther, of Scotland, and had eight further children of whom only two (listed above) lived to adulthood and married.
