She was married in 1803 and at her death in 1815 left three children: (1) Catherine Harrison Clarke (1807-1849) married in 1827 Charles Alexander Williamson, of Lawers House, Perthshire, Scotland (2) Isabel Mary Clarke (b.1809), married in 1835 Rupert J. Cochran (3) Bayard Clarke (1815-1884), U.S. Representative from New York, married in 1843 Alletta Remsen Lawrence, daughter of Thomas R. Lawrence.
