Sir Henry Mill Pellatt (1859-1939)

Major-General Sir Henry Mill Pellatt, D.C.L., C.V.O., of Toronto

He was born in Kingston, Upper Canada, a great-grandson of the celebrated London glass-maker, Apsley Pellatt (1763-1826). He was educated at Upper Canada College in Toronto before joining his father's stockbroking firm, Pellatt & Osler, that became Pellatt & Pellatt from 1883.
