Samuel Galloway (1720-1785)

of "Tulip Hill" Galesville, Anne Arundel Co., Maryland

He was in partnership with Thomas Ringgold and together they ran the largest slave trade operation in the Chesapeake Bay, importing thousands of slaves in to Maryland including one of the last shipments in the transatlantic slave trade.
