Robert Alfred Ernest Greenshields (1861-1942)
The Hon. R.A.E. Greenshields, K.C., Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Quebec
He was Chief Justice of the Superior Court of the Province of Quebec; Dean of Law at McGill University; and, Chancellor of Bishop's University. In 1895, he commissioned Edward Maxwell to build him 3465 Simpson Street, Montreal, that still stands today. He married and had one daughter.
