Osbert Forsyth (1779-1853)
Osbert Forsyth, Merchant, of 3 Freeman's Court, Cornhill, London
He was married at Banff in 1819 to Isabella, the only daughter of Captain James Reid, of Inverinkcey, by his wife Anne, daughter of Captain Charles Forbes of the 60th King's Royal Rifle Corps who was killed at Ticonderoga in 1758. Osbert and Isabella were the parents of at least two daughters.
