Notley Rozier (1673-1727)
of "Notley Hall" Prince George's County, Maryland
He was brought up by his grandmother, Lady Baltimore, and he was a godson of Thomas Notley, Governor of Maryland, who willed him several properties in what became the District of Columbia. He married (1) his first cousin, Jane Digges, and they had one daughter (2) Elizabeth Whentenhall, and they had 3-children.
