Mrs. Malvina (Gardner) Keteltas

She was the daughter of John Gardner (d.1817), "possessed of a large real and personal estate in the City of New York," and the sister of the Comtesse de Dion. She and her sister inherited the pier at Corlears Hook (which they sold to the city for $230,000) as well as other property on the north side of Beaver Street.
