Mrs. Edith Malvina (Keteltas) Wetmore

On the evening of December 22, 1869, she married U.S. Senator George Peabody Wetmore at her childhood home, 37 St. Mark's Place, New York City. It was described as, “one of the fashionable weddings of the season.” Her miniature (see images) was painted by Carl A. Weidner in 1905.
