John Sewall Pratt (1865-1923)
John Sewall Pratt Alcott
He was adopted in later life by his celebrated aunt, Louisa May Alcott. In 1909, he married Mrs Eunice Hunting and although he had no children of his own, he adopted his wife's son. The character "Daisy" in Little Women was inspired by him.
