John F. Burstall, of J. Burstall & Co., Lumber Merchants, of Quebec & London
He owned Rockcliffe at Cacouna that he bought in 1915 from the heirs of Matthew Hamilton Gault who in turn had bought it from Andrew Allan in 1876.
