James Bulloch (1765-1806)

Captain James Bulloch II, Clerk of the Inferior & Superior Courts, Georgia

He was born at Savannah, Georgia, where his brother built the Bulloch Mansion. He fought as a Captain in the Virginia Garrison Troops during the Revolutionary War. Afterwards, he was appointed a Clerk in both the Superior and Inferior Courts in Georgia. He was a Member of the Georgia State Society of the Order of the Cincinnati. He was married in 1786 and he was the father of three children.
