Louis d'Irumberry de Salaberry (1752-1828)
Seigneur de Chambly et Beauport & Member of Legislative Council of Lower Canada
He was a Major in the Royal Canadian Volunteers and distinguished himself in the defence of Quebec during the American invasion in 1775. He was a close friend of the Duke of Kent.
