Henry Seligman (1857-1933)

He lived between 30 West 56th Street (see images) in New York City; "Shorelands" (see images) in Elberon, New Jersey; and, "Casa Mia" at 151 Sunset Avenue in Palm Beach, Florida. The first two properties were built for him and his wife by C.P.H. Gilbert, and "Casa Mia" was designed by Marion Sims Wyeth.
