of 4 East 66th Street, New York City & "By-the-Way" Southampton, L.I.
He purchased "By-the-Way" (first known as "Edgecomb") on Long Island from Dr. George Arthur Dixon and added the pillared portico, west wing, and garage. His widow gifted the property to the Southampton Hospital who sold it to raise funds.
