Henry Isaac Barbey (1832-1906)

of New York City, Tuxedo Park & Bellevue, Lake Geneva, Switzerland

He was a first cousin of Adrian Georg Iselin, one of the original 200-members of the Tuxedo Park community and a director of the Gallatin National Bank and the Buffalo, Rochester & Pittsburg Railroad. He married Mary, sister of Pierre Lorillard IV, the projector of Tuxedo Park. They had 7-children and wintered at 17 West 38th Street in New York City with a summer home near Lake Geneva in Switzerland.
