Mrs. Gwyneth Evelyn (Porteous) Ryan, Alexander
She married her first husband, Edward Barry Ryan, at Montreal in 1941. Her Maid of Honour was her cousin Mrs. Frank J. Humphrey, of Pittsburgh; the bridesmaids were Mrs. Robert D. Prince and Miss Gillian Anne German of Ottawa; and, the flower girl was another first cousin, Elisabeth Anne de Lotbinière Harwood. The reception was held at the home of her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. R.W. de Lotbinière Harwood.
