Fitz Eugene Dixon Sr. (1888-1982)
F. Eugene Dixon, of Ronaele Manor, Elkins Park, Pennsylvania
He was a banker who invested in hockey and football teams in Philadelphia. He was a Davis Cup captain and well-known in yachting circles too. His collection of Heraldic stained-glass windows at Ronaele Manor were regarded as the finest private collection in America. He also had a collection of sporting and colored plate books in his library. After his divorce in 1937, he lived at 1411 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia.
