Edwin Upschur Berryman (1794-1839)
Merchant, of Love & Berryman, of Lexington, Philadelphia & New York
He was famous for his good looks and was referred to as the "Kentucky Adonis". He was also known for his polite manners and he was as an accomplished salesman and purchaser of goods. He married Maria Coster who grew up in the Coster Mansion on Broadway in New York. They were the parents of five children (listed).
