Charles William Cooper (1835-1903)
of 113 East 21st Street, New York City & Tuxedo Park, New York
He inherited the Cooper estate that still stands in Tuxedo Park, built by his brother, George, in 1892. His widow sold the house in 1940 to Hiram S. Gans.
