Arthur Curtiss James (1867-1941)

He lived between 39 East 69th Street at Park Avenue, New York City; "Beacon Hill House" on 125-acres at Newport, Rhode Island.; "Onunda" Madison, New Jersey; and, "Four Way Lodge" Coconut Grove, Florida (see images). In 1918, he came in at eighteenth on the first ever Forbes Rich List with an estimated fortune of $60-million. He died without children.
