Archibald Stobo Bulloch (1767-1830)

Archibald Stobo Bulloch, Justice of the Inferior Court, Georgia

He was born at Savannah, Georgia. He became a Commission Agent, Factor and the Collector of Customs for the Port of Savannah (1810-1822). He was also one of the  Justices in the Inferior Court and fought in the War of 1812. In 1793, at Savannah, he married his wife, Sarah, daughter of John Glen, Chief Justice of Georgia. They lived at the Bulloch Mansion on Orleans Square; Wymberly on the Isle of Hope; and, the Wormsloe Plantation. They were the parents of three daughters and five sons.
