Abraham Gould Jennings, of A.G. Jennings & Sons, Lace Manufacturers, New York
He was the first man to manufacture lace in the United States, establishing A.G. Jennings & Sons. He made the lace at their factory in Brooklyn that covered 30,000 square feet and became a millionaire, employing 700 people.
