William Pemberton (1751-1811)
Bricklaying Contractor, of Mountjoy Square; High Sheriff of the City of Dublin
He was appointed a High Sheriff of the City of Dublin in the same year that his cousin, Joseph Pemberton (grandfather of F.A. Smith), was appointed Lord Mayor of Dublin. He lived between his townhouse on the west side of the newly laid out Mountjoy Square and his country seat two miles outside of Dublin.
