Rev. William Fowler Miller (1768-1818)

He was born in Connecticut where he became "a well-known minister of the Congregational Church". His ancestor, William Miller, settled in Ipswich, Massachusetts, in 1648 where he was a freeholder and among those who paid the highest taxes.
