Col. Thomas Lloyd Moore (1759-1813)
of Pine Street, Philadelphia
He was described as, "a fine and dashing gentleman (who) lived in style on Pine Street, below Third, near the Stamper and Blackwell mansions". He married Sarah Stamper, a first cousin of William Bingham whose father had been in business with her father. They had one daughter, Eliza, Mrs Richard Willing.
