Thomas C. Williams (1864-1929)
Thomas C. Williams, of Agecroft Hall, Richmond, Virginia
He was born at Richmond, Virginia, and was educated at Thomas Norwood's private school before entering Richmond College in 1882. On graduating, he joined his father's tobacco company rising to Vice-President. He was a life member of the Virginia Historical Society and developed Windsor Farms where he reconstructed his historic home, Agecroft Hall. He died without children and in his will he stipulated that after his widow died the house should become a museum.
