Thomas Butler (1778-1838)
of Philadelphia & Germantown, Pennsylvania
He became estranged and eventually all but disinherited from his father. He married a French lady from Martinique and they had four children (Francis, Louis - who died unmarried in Paris in the 1880s - John & Anne). He died at Philadelphia.
