Rev. Benjamin Bonneval Latrobe (1728-1786)
Moravian Minister, of Yorkshire & London
His family were French Huguenots and his ancestor, Henri Bonneval La Trobe, came to Ireland to fight for King William of Orange in 1688, and after being wounded in battle settled in Dublin. Benjamin himself was a leading Moravian minister in Yorkshire and London.
