Olive Cecilia (Paget) Baillie (1899-1974)
Hon. Olive (Paget) Winn, Wilson-Filmer, Lady Baillie of Leeds Castle, Kent
Born in Manhattan to an English father and an American mother. She and her second husband, Arthur Wilson-Filmer, bought and restored Leeds Castle in Kent. They divorced in 1930 but Olive contnued to live and entertain there until her death. Not wishing it to go to the National Trust, she arranged for it to be maintained by the Leeds Castle Foundation and today the castle is open to the public.
