Mary Lee (Coles) Coster (1842-1922)

Mrs Mary Lee (Coles) Coster

She grew up in Boston, Massachusetts, and married Harry Coster, of New York. They were members of Mrs Astor's "400". Her charitable interests were "extensive". She was Vice-President of the Home for Incurables at Fordham; and, took an active interest in the Home for Destitute Blind in the Bronx, near to her country home, Coster Mansion. She was survived by two children, Oliver and Martha.
