Joshua Shaw Crosse (1748-1826)
Rev. Dr Joshua Shaw Crosse, D.D., of Bath, Somerset
He lived at died at The Paragon, Bath (as did his widow) and there is a monument to him, his widow, and two of their sons (Robert and Joshua) at Bath Abbey. But, he was otherwise described as, "of Kington & Lyonshall (and/or Lyons Inn), Herefordshire, and Friskney Manor House, Lincolnshire". The two sons mentioned were both officers in the 36th Herefordshire Regiment.
