John William Clark (1867-1928)
J.W. Clark, President of the Clark Thread Company of Newark & New York
He was President of the Clark Thread Company of Newark and of the Spool Cotton Company of New York, started by his grandfather in Paisley, Scotland. During his tenure the company became known for O.N.T. ("Our New Thread").
