John Shearme Thomas (1835-1897)
Rev. John Shearme Thomas, Bursar & Assistant-Master at Marlborough College
He was born at Morwenstow, Cornwall. He was educated at Marlborough College and Trinity College, Cambridge. In 1863, he married Emily Smith, grand-daughter of Sir John Wyldbore Smith 2nd Bt., of Sydling St. Nicholas, Dorset.
