John Duggan (1818-1875)
Q.C., of Wellington & Windsor Street, Toronto
He was born at Mallow, Co. Cork, and followed his uncle - Colonel George Duggan (1782-1863) - out to York (Toronto) in early manhood. He became a barrister-at-law and was later appointed a Q.C. He married Amelia Tulloh and was the father among others of the famous yachtsman and engineer, G. Herrick Duggan.
