Maj. John Duer (1697-1765)
of Fulham, near London & Devonshire; Planter of Antigua
He was the son of John Duer (d.1718) of Great and Little Duers (410-acres) on Antigua, but he was disinherited by his father and the property passed to his brother, Rev. Rowland Duer (d.1791).
