John B. Pendleton (1798-1866)
John B. Pendleton, Lithographer & Publisher of New York City
He went into the Lithography business with his brother, William, at Boston. In his early thirties, he established himself in that business in New York City where he also owned a book store and then became a publisher. In 1830, he married Eliza Matilda Blydenburgh (d.1842); and, in 1846 he married Hester Travis (d.1883). He had a son and a daughter.
