Henrietta (Countiss) Vieta (1912-2000)

Mrs Henrietta (Countiss) Vieta, of New York City

She managed both her mother's house (the Countiss Mansion) and fortune after her premature death. In 1937, she sued her stepfather for mismanaging her mother’s estate and for his "extravagant and lavish manner of living" at their expense. In turn, her stepfather accused her of removing valuables from the home. She married Dr Vieta and lived in New York City.
