Harmon Everett Meacham (1844-1931)
H.E. Meacham, of the U.S. Postal Service, of 417 Smith Street, Seattle
He served as Regimental Postmaster to the 99th Ohio Volunteer Infantry during the Civil War. He resided in Seattle for nearly two decades until his death. He was the father of three sons and a daughter, Mrs Clarence Gasque.
