Hans Busk (1772-1862)

Hans Busk "The Elder" of 1 Great Cumberland Place, London

He was known as a scholar and a poet. His principal residence was in London at 1 Great Cumberland Terrace. For a time he kept Glenalder Hall in Radnorshire, and was High Sheriff of Radnorshire. He also kept an estate at Culverden Grove, near Tunbridge Wells and a house at 28 Brunswick Terrace, Brighton.
