George Clymer (1739-1813)

Signer of the U.S. Declaration of Independence & the U.S. Constitution

He lived on Chestnut Street near Seventh Street in Philadelphia and kept a country home, "Summerseat" at Morrisville (see images). He and his wife were the parents of nine children, three of whom (not listed above) died in infancy.
