Frank Liddell Richardson (1843-1920)

of New Orleans; Member of the Louisiana General Assembly

He was a co-founder of the White League and participated in the Battle of Liberty Place (1874). No charges were brought against the insurrectionists. During the Yellow Fever Epidemic (1878), he was Chairman of the Central Relief Committee.
