Frances (Cadwalader) Erskine (1781-1843)
Lady Frances (Cadwalader) Erskine, of Restormel Castle
She was married in 1799 to her second cousin, the 2nd Baron Erskine. They were both great-grandchildren of Colonel John Moore of Philadelphia who came to America as Receiver-General of South Carolina before being appointed Registrar-General of Pennsylvania and rising to be Collector of Customs at Philadelphia. They were the parents of twelve children.
