Mrs Florence Allington (Brandreth) Slocum

Her husband - who died leaving a $3-million fortune - was the grand-nephew of Olivia (Slocum) Sage, Founder of the Russell Sage Foundation, whose fortune in 1918 was estimated at $60-million. They had two sons, notably the collector of rare books Myles Standish Slocum.
