Mrs "Lily" (Cock) Bell
She was born in Flushing, Long Island, the daughter of Silas and Mary (Hicks) Cock. In 1882, married J. Harvey Bell, Mayor of Yonkers. She lived at 301 Palisade Avenue, Yonkers, and had been active in charitable circles.
