Eliza (Paul) Heward (1810-1890)
Mrs Eliza (Paul) Heward
She was born at Quebec City. She was the god-daughter of Major-General James Fogo and Mary Paynter, niece of Lord Aylmer and sister of David Runwas Paynter (1786-1868) of Dale Castle, Pembrokeshire. In 1838, at Montreal, she married Francis Harris Heward, nephew of both Chief Justice Sir John Beverley Robinson and Mrs D'Arcy Boulton of The Grange. They were the parents of nine children.
