Dr. William Robertson (1774-1844)
M.D., Professor, Co-founder and Head of the Montreal Medical Institution
He was the second son of the 8th Laird of Kindrochit, Perthshire, and married the daughter of the Chief Justice of Upper Canada. He lived at 12 St. Gabriel Street, Montreal, next door to the David Ross House, and was the father of 12-children.
