She was brought up on Delaware Avenue, Buffalo. She was married twice: (1) On October 23, 1915, Frank H. Goodyear Jr., of Buffalo, by whom she had two sons and two daughters. After he was killed in a car accident in 1930, she remarried (2) On October 1, 1931, Edmund Pendleton Rogers, of New York City and Hyde Park.
