David Forsyth (1767-1833)

David Forsyth, Merchant, of Aberdeen & formerly of St. Petersburg

He was a merchant at St. Petersburg during the early 1800s. He married Ann Jackson of Kendall, Westmoreland, sister of Michael Jackson of Jersey. Aside from his daughters listed above, they were the parents of four sons: William, married Susan, daughter of Judge Leigh of the Madras Presidency; James, Lieutenant in the Royal Artillery; George; and, Henry. He retired to to Aberdeen.
