Clark Gayton Pickman (1746-1781)

Merchant, of 70 Washington Street, Salem, Massachusetts

His house (pictured) was built in 1764 and stood at the corner of Washington & Lynde Streets in Salem before it was torn down in 1915 and replaced by the Masonic Temple. The mural inside by Corne was salvaged and installed in the museum entrance to the garden cafe.
